This page provides a starting point to direct you to information about Thames Valley, Infertility and treatment options. Thames Valley is part of The Fertility Partnership, which is a group of national and international clinics specialising in IVF with some of the highest success rates in Europe. The group is one of the largest providers of IVF in the UK. Our clinics, and therefore you, benefit from the partnership and the expertise of the group. The Partnership meets regularly to review all aspects of patient care, always looking for ways in which we can improve our already exceptional success rates and ensure the ultimate patient experience.
The team at Thames Valley are dedicated to providing a high quality service and hope that every patient will feel entirely satisfied with the quality of their care. We would like to encourage you to give us feedback frequently so we know how you feel about our care and service. Your welfare is our top priority and your regular input helps us to achieve this. We welcome positive comments as well as concerns of any kind, and can assure you that your treatment and care will not be compromised by the issues you raise. If you have an immediate concern about your care, please speak to a nurse or doctor while you are in the clinic or contact us via your Patient Portal. You can also telephone us on +44 (0) 1628 882400. Should you have reason to complain about any aspect of your care you may write to the Quality Manager, Thames Valley Fertility Ground Floor Clarion House Norreys Drive Maidenhead SL6 4BY. We will acknowledge your complaint in writing within 3 working days of receipt. We will conduct a full investigation and get back to you within 20 working days. Complaints will be treated in confidence and will in no way affect your current or any future treatment with Thames Valley.
At Thames Valley we are committed to providing a safe comfortable environment for our patients. All patients are entitled to have a Chaperone present for any consultation, examination, ultrasound scan or procedure where they feel one is required. This Chaperone may be your partner, family member or a friend. If you would like a formal chaperone (i.e. a trained member of staff) to be present we ask that where possible you make this request at the time of booking your appointment so that arrangements can be made and your appointment is not delayed. Where this is not possible we will endeavour to provide a chaperone at the time of your request, however occasionally it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment if this is not possible.
You are advised to restrict to a minimum the amount of property and valuables including cash that you bring to the clinic. Thames Valley accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage to personal property of any kind, in whatever way the loss or damage may occur.
